Cancellation Policy

Client must cancel no later than 23 hours prior to the time of appointment. No-calls/No-shows will have to pre-pay before their next booking. By scheduling with our practitioners, you agree to the following: Parties involved (Client, Practitioner and Cat & Cauldron) agree to conduct themselves professionally. In the event of a dispute, no party shall publish or assert accusations of harassment, discrimination, or unlawful conduct against the other without first providing a written notice of the specific incident and allowing a 30-day period for investigation and resolution. Any allegation made in bad faith or subsequently deemed false by Cat & Cauldron shall be considered a breach of this agreement.
